The venue overall was a bit old, however it had excellent staff and location.

The bathroom was tiny, I didn't like it.

It has fab staff and food for a comfortable stay in a convenient yet picturesque location to tour the lakes.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and I really enjoyed it. Good old accommodation, active staff, perfect location located above a nice traditional pub.

Every part of it was very good, I really enjoyed staff and location. Had breakfast in the bar. 5 minutes walking from the but station. It was a great experience overall.

The place was picture perfect and fairly clean, it had ideal location and food. I loved an English decor and lovely furniture. Found in a pretty nice area. Besides, hotel was 5 km away from a picturesque lake. The stay was excellent.

Location was so ideal, I appreciated beautifully maintained rooms and service-minded staff. Great beds, balcony, coffee facilities and climate control were a nice touch. Nice choice of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes and meats for a full English breakfast. Walking distance to the lovely beach. Simple check-in and personalised customer service.

It was a welcome base for, enjoyable stay. Loyal staff and great location, this hotel is deluxe. The deluxe queen room suited us: it had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.

Satisfactory breakfast each day. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. Convenient base for a holiday in Hawkshead.

Location is great, staff is friendly! We had an enjoyable stay overall, recommend. The venue was set in the central position.
